Farfan & Mendes- A Crosbie Member Company is looking for dynamic individuals to fill the roles of Technicians within the Alternative Energy Department.
Main Functions:
- Follow directives from Project Engineers for Solar PV & Potable Water Installations
- Perform tests on equipment in accordance with relevant standards, specifications, work instructions and guidelines
- Learn to conduct inspections and prepare clear and concise technical reports
- Perform mathematical problems/calculations quickly and accurately
- Model safe behaviour always, and actively participate in safety improvement exercises
Requirements and Qualifications:
- GTI Graduate Electrical Diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) CSEC Subjects including Mathematics and English A
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with keen attention to details
- Must be a team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Driver’s license would be an asset
