We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Warehouse Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse.
Main Functions:
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Assist with monitoring and reconciling stock discrepancies
- Supervise and coordinate stock audits
- Monitor binning systems
- Assist bonds and stockrooms with inventory enquiries
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 CXC/CSEC passes including Math and English
- Three (3) years’ proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Certification in Warehouse Inventory Management
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other related disciplines would be an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Forklift Certification would be an asset
