We are searching for an external sales representative to assist in servicing our Industrial Market throughout Guyana. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner who has strong negotiation skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Main Functions:
- Develop a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, build relationships, and close deals
- Maintain business relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business opportunities
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and follow a defined selling process with potential buyers
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and maintain records by updating account information regularly
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Five (5) CXC Subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English A
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales would be an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
