Farfan & Mendes is committed to properly protecting all data relating to our customers and will process data in compliance with the Guyana Data Protection Act Regulation.

The information we store, and use is to facilitate the supply of Farfan & Mendes products and services. We do not sell data to third parties. When we need to pass on data we will only do so with authorized partners and only in pursuit of providing Farfan & Mendes goods/services.

All customer information is stored within our Core Systems. All our Core Systems have the appropriate security controls and backup procedures enforced to protect the data held. This information is only held for as long as is necessary for legitimate business reasons. Only employees who require the information will process any customer data we hold.
