The incumbent is responsible for creating and executing effective marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives. This includes leading a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other stakeholders and leveraging expertise to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and overall business growth.
Main Functions:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support growth and aligning with sustainability goals and values.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for product lines.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute content marketing campaigns and seek opportunities to embed the company's sustainability commitments.
- Oversee website and social media platforms.
- Manage offiine and online media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Provide guidance and support for the execution of Public Relations Initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with marketing regulations, standards and policies.
- Stay informed about marketing innovations and evaluate new tools and platforms that can enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related disciplines; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in marketing with at least three (3) years proven experience in strategic marketing and leadership
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications will be an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
